I ordered the Adventurer's Pho bowl and it contained tripe, beef, and Vietnamese type sausage. Along with fresh veggies to add in. Careful for the chili! Very hot! Overall it was good :) I'm thinking of trying the boba tea next time!

Stopped in to pick up a few mango bobas to surprise my kiddos after their School of Rock week located in the same shopping plaza.

You usually can't go wrong with a mango boba but these were very milky, icy, and did not taste anything like mango.  Darn.

The place was clean. Not a typical Pho restaurant look inside. More similar to Pei Wei where you order at a counter, then seat yourself. Service was friendly.

So 3 stars, only because I have no idea about the actual food.

I've stopped by here a handful of times now before going to the brewery in the same shopping center. To be fair, I've never eaten the food there - it might be a different experience, but I can't speak to that. I have to say, the food is pretty good (I've had the spring rolls, pho) but is a little pricey for what you get and how they serve it to go.  Once, they totally forgot to even include cutlery even after I asked them if it was in the bag and they said "yes".  We had pho but no way to eat it.  The soup broth, too, is served in a small container with the noodles/meat in another, so hard mix the ingredients together without making a mess.  Overall okay, but not my favorite.

Ok not great - egg roll in combo bowl need improving and the shrimp was skimpy (only 2 pieces) -which was not expected for. A $15 combo bowl

The place is clean but if you're looking for good Vietnamese food this is not it. Very Americanized and not authentic. The prices are higher, quantity is smaller and quality is lower. The pho broth is super watered down and lacks flavor. There was about 10 bobas in my milk tea boba and it was pretty much just all milk. The Thai tea boba also did not taste like Thai tea at all. For those who want more authentic pho I would go somewhere else. I ordered the pho bowl with the combination of meats. The meat was good but they are a little stingy with noodles and soup. Like I said the broth is too watered down so it wasn't great. I'm disappointed because I read all the good reviews before going and it did not live up to the reviews. The boba was also expensive for being so small and only giving a little bit of boba in the drink.
